Are we all capable to magic I mean can we all cast spells?

Everyone is capable. But it's like every is capable of doing math. Some people are better at it and catch onto it faster.

Yes. Magick [spell casting] is a natural energy. There are limitations to this energy though, so study and practice will help you.

Don't mix up magic with spells! Many witches working with witchcraft/magic never cast spells. Many Wiccans do not cast spells. A spell is not magic of itself. A spell is a ritual attempt to get a magical result. I have been a witch for over 70 years, and I have never cast a spell!
