Almost-Dead Feeling

Hey all, so these past few days, I have been getting this feeling or sensation where, it feels like my soul is leaving my body and giving me this "Oh god am I dying" sensation, and then today, it happened literally a few minutes before as i'm writing this. But during this when I closed my eyes as saw this weird blue light, which caused a slight panic-attack & the "Oh god am I dying" thing again.

I would like to know what this is. Any suggestion is appreciated!

This sounds far more as if it an aura surrounding your panic disorder which is not an unusual thing to occur. If that is the case it is a good thing as it gives you a bit of warning before the panic attack occurs.

I do not believe you are dying or that your soul is leaving the body. Nor do I believe this has any relationship to either magic or the occult.

If you are under treatment for panic attacks you might want to discuss this with your provider. If you aren't receiving treatment you might consider having an evaluation and perhaps receiving some treatment to help you manage your panic attacks in the future.

Your probably right Lark. I'm guessing that It was my aura that I saw. I don't suffer from panic-attacks normally so it's just kind of unusual for me to experience this.
