What are goetica demons and how do you work and summon them?

Basically draw circles and pentagrams on the floor and walk around shouting stuff while you wave a wand. But better that you read the entire book's contents, since there's something about seals of the demon's sigil or name in precious metals or something that might be perilous to leave out.

That's not really basic. Since differents paths work with this concept, Lesser Key of Solomon is the source of all stories, but the way to work with it can be different depending in what are you working. There is many books, but the description and rituals are almost the same (for you knowledge) as mentioned. There is the Illustrated Goetia with a bit of story and experiences of the author.

Personally, it is better to leave the lesser key of solomon alone, and find other magickal ways that do not involve demons. I know there are many people here who believe that some demons are okay, but look at some of the current events that involve them. Look at the increase in violent hauntings that involve them over the past ten years alone. Does driving wedges between families and hurting women and children sound in any way benevolent? It is better first to learn that in Magick, humans are not weak, believe in yourself, do not doubt yourself, find ways to better yourself, then when you can find it in your heart to better the world you live in, then try stretching out to other beings with an equal intent. At this point I would think you would know the difference.
