How would I (discreetly; my parents don't know about this whole thing) contact or locate a local coven? Is there a website that specializes in the location of them?
This would depend where you live, if you live in the States then you cannot join a coven until your 18. As in Canada where you may join a coven if you're under 18 with a parents consent. Now this also depends from coven to coven, some covens have all adults and other 16 and above. Now for your situation it would all depend on where you live and old you are and since you haven't provided that general info. And if you're under eighteen you may not even be allowed to join a coven without a parent's consent. But you may find it resourceful to use witchvox.com or just join a active coven on this site.
It appears to me that you do not know the definition of a coven and Are making your own. The dictionary defines: A coven is generally a group of witches coming together. But teenagers cannot make their own religious covens without an adult around (legally talking). However you need to find this out for yourself as I can only show you the path but you have to be the one walking on it. I suggest you do some research around this "teen coven" if you will. As you cannot expect other people to do everything for you.
Do you know any other teens in your area who are interested in witchcraft? If you do then perhaps what you might want to consider is getting together as a study group to learn together. That way you can help each other progress without the responsibility for leading a group falling on any one person.
Alternatively you can look at http://www.witchvox.com. There are listings there for individuals, groups, shops, etc by country, state, and city. You might find that there is a teen group near you.
