Pantheism?

I just found out about pantheism, after looking into it, it seems to fit perfectly into my spiritual and scientific worldview.

Here's a short video regarding what it is:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rWXzxUdJVyM

In case you didn't check out the link, it basically states that "God" IS the universe! and since "God is everything" We are all God so technically we are everything.

Basically, in the words of Carl Sagan, We are all Connected.

Has anyone else come to this conclusion in their spiritual paths?

I would appreciate any input, for or against pantheism, for the sake of intellectual discourse.

I would personally disagree as people are all different, and we are so different I find it impossible to be connected except by things which we belong to. Such as a website, religion, country and so on and so forth.

For the god is everything,I disagree again. When I see this, I think how it is scientifically impossible, and if something isn't scientifically possible or isn't seeming to be scientifically possible, I would rather not believe in it.

Are people really that different?

Haven't you ever heard of "Mob mentality"?

The collective consciousness of a mob can cause a person to do something they would not normally do, such as trample a person to death. (think black Friday.)

Even Carl Jung (the famous psychologist.) talked about the "collective unconscious".

Not only that, but everything originated from the big bang, every single atom in the universe, those atoms that we consist of, we are literally stardust.

I think Wily's right. People are different, but to a certain degree. We are the same, but diferent.

we are all conected. remember e=mc2? it's a formula that states if you accelerate matter to 2x the speed of light, you will change it into enormous amounts of pure energy. all mater is made up of high quantities of energy, and (quantomly) all of that energy is connected. that is how our magick works. it influences the energy that the matter is made up of. many great physicists say god not as a refrence to a sentient being, but in refrence to all of the forces of nature. so yes, i agree with dusseldorf.

Thank you wicca1, I thought I was the only one who had come to this conclusion and yes you're right, that is how our magick works, it's simply an alteration of probability through conscious will.
