Properties of Mugwort

I was wondering if Mugwort was an edible herb. I can't find anything that says it won't be edible. I just want to make sure. I also wouldn't mind if you listed some of its properties.

I think it's edible in small amounts, but I'm not positive.

Yes, mugwort is safe to take internally.

Mugwort tea or ingesting a few drops of a mugwort tincture can help open the mind to induce dreams or for meditation. We sometimes use it at Samhain to help us connect with the ancestors.
