hoodoo spell

I watched the movie Skeleton Key, and I'm really wanting to know where to find that charm that Caroline does to help the old man, that which was taught by Mama in the laundry room ... in which she wears a white cross candle, a black feather ostrich (I think it's ostrich, really?) and has a spoken charm written on paper ... I really appreciate those who know at least where to find this spell, he seems to be real, not fictitious, thank you!
