Aura heating

This is one of the exercises to help with pyrokinesis or any form of fire magic.
Sit in a comfortable position in a cold room (so you can sense the change in temperature) and close your eyes, sense your aura surrounding you and visualize the color turning orange and then turning into fire, then cocentrate on it increasing in intensity.
As the title states, this will cause your aura to heat up, this helps when you are practicing pyrokinesis or any beginner fire magic exercises as it creates a connection between you and the fire element.

I would proly want to picture it turning white like the hottest heat of fire, but still whatever the kinesis's are all fluff in my opinion

Why would you say that all kinesises are fluff?

The guy actually make the little toy to move, not much but I think its enough evidence. All kinesis are not fake apparently. You just have to see it with you own eyes first.I dont belive in pyrokinesis, but thats just me.

I personally have a little experience in Pyrokinesis nothing spectacular but never the less proved possible in my opinion.
