Begin to visualize your energy combining with your physical self. Now, focus on your mind traveling a distance from where you are. See your visual body walking into the portal. Imagine the portal opening exactly where you want it to be. Imagine your visual body walking out of the portal. Practice by starting with small distances and gradually building up to larger ones.
