Wish Potion

Ingredients Full moon(optional) Water Quartz Salt Cinnamon Rosemary Bowl Description A potion that grants wishes. Can be used by everyone, so keep it safe. Spell Casting Put water in the bowl and put the quartz in, a pinch of salt, a pinch of cinnamon, and rosemary. After that put the bowl outside on the full moon(if there is a full moon). Chant 11 times, "This potion is to grant wishes, so mote it be."  In the morning you can put the water in a bottle. Now you have a wish potion!
