Spell Casting
Take deep breaths and chant this as many times as needed. "Goddess" can be changed to any deity of your preference, if needed although it works with goddess. Keep your fear in mind at all times while saying this.
"Goddess, goddess,
Hear my plea.
This fear has grown to an unhealthy degree.
Please let me see
The peace you bring
When my mind brews a storm.
So I'm safe in all forms.
So fear can be killed
And stability is seen.
This is my will
So mote it be."
