Spell Casting
This works for me and I used it to heal my friends. It's very simple.
To heal another - Put your hand on top of their wound/scratch. Close your eyes and imagine roots spreading from your body and theirs. Picture the roots connecting and picture your roots giving life, energy, and health to them through your roots. When done, picture a broken heart connecting back again, a broken bone healing, anything that means health. You're done. Ask them if they feel better. They probably will.
To heal yourself - Put your hand on top of your wound/scratch. Close your eyes and imagine roots spreading from your being into the earth. Picture the roots lapping up energy and health. When done, picture a broken heart connecting again, a broken bone healing. Picture anything else that means health for you. Now you're done.
