Spell Casting Sit in a circle and join hands. Everyone should gather energy from the Earth and start an energy flow from person to person through your hands. Once everyone can feel the energy flow have the group send the energy into the center of the circle. Visualize it forming a ball. Once the ball is fully formed slowly release each other's hands and have a designated leader pull the ball toward them. Pass the ball around the group then send it back to the middle.
