Blue food colour/Blue soap
Spoon

Description
Use this to gain ice powers.
Spell Casting
Grap the cup of water and pour in blue soap/food colour. If ice is ready put that in too! Next stir with spoon
Say the spell:
"Cold goes hot,
Hot goes cold
Give me the element of ice and snow
If I cant control it I will try
Give me a chance
So mote it be"
