Ingredients - Black candle - Your voice Description This spell will bring the rain, but you should only use if necessary. It still works if not, but there's more of a chance of it working if you really need it. Spell Casting 1. Go outside, and light your black candle. Make sure it's not too windy outside, because if it is, your candle might go out. 2. Close your eyes, concentrate really hard. Imagine the rain starting to fall lightly, hearing the soft pitter patter. As time goes on, imagine it getting harder and harder. 3. Open your eyes and say the following words: "I want to feel the drops of rain. The rain that makes the flowers grow, the rain that helps the water flow.
