Ingredients Bowl can be small or medium Warm water 1 tsp (teaspoon) of salt Alone your voice Description It should help those doing self harm because I had once gone through that and I don't want you guys doing that so it should help as to healing your cuts or anything you have done I myself don't know if it works.. Spell Casting Steps: 1. Put the warm water in the bowl. 2. Add the salt and mix the two together until salt has dissolved. 3. Say this simple chant 1 time: "Gods and goddess of healing I wish to wash away signs of pain, sadness and aloneness. Please give me the power into the water to heal me! I wish to wash them away please help me do so! I wish not to have scars!! So mote it be!" 4. Apply water onto cuts but not too much. Just as much to cover your cuts or scars!
