Ingredients 1 candle (optional) 1 sheet of paper 1 pencil a round stone a hard surface night belief in magic the ability to be calm good intentions Description Only cast this if you truly believe. Spell Casting Before you go to bed, get out a sheet of paper and a pencil. You may choose to light a candle. Sit at a hard surface and calm your body. Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. Draw your dream phoenix on the paper. Write it's name above it. You can't change this name after summoning it. Have it's gender in your mind. Fold the paper in thirds so you can't se the drawing. Put it near a round stone under your pillow to keep it warm. Before falling asleep, chant the words three times: Spirit of Fire.
