Description
This is a very simple spell to increase the use of not coughing. You may cough once in a while, but not as much as you use to. The more concentration you have the more it will last.
Spell Casting
Chant the following:
"The healing of Nature,
Help me now,
A cough that makes me frown,
Turn it upside down,
No cough, no cough,
See what can be,
A cough that is gone,
So Mote It Be!"
It might take a few minutes to kick in. With much concentration it will work.
