Ingredients 5 dark blue candles 1 pen or pencil 1 piece of paper Description To make a severe storm happen in your area, or county. This spell is a gamble it depends on how much feeling you put into the spell. Spell Casting First take the piece of paper and draw a dark cloud, with rain/a down pore, lightning striking the ground. Now place the candles in a star formation, hold the drawing in your right hand, then meditate while visualizing a severe storm storm happening where you live.
