When casting spells you need to use energy! You may be asking
How do I use energy?
The way you use energy is to focus your energy to whatever you need for the spell's instructions, and there are many ways you can do that!
1. You can visualize a bright light (any colour, I prefer to use white light) from your head or abdomen to your hands and into the object making the object glow that colour!
2. You can visualize anything you think that represents energy because it's all in the will!
When casting a spell you have to believe, you have to follow the spell's instructions carefully and make sure that you have the right equipment for the spell.
