Take the object ex. Necklace bracelet etc. Then channel energy into it. Say: "Oh energy stay in this object until I need you so mote it be!" To absorb the energy out. Visualize the energy coming into you. Then say: "Oh energy I need you come out into me so mote it be!" Hope this helps. It was tested by me and my brother. It's recommended to have done an energy chant and put the energy into the object.
