This ritual will teach you how to stop smoking if you want.
You will need these 3 things:
Take a shower in the morning and put on some clean clothes - preferably bright colored -.
Place some purified water in the glass beaker, put your hands over the glass and close your eyes. Concentrate on the water, imagine how it’s becoming more concentrated on energy, more shiny, and imagine how will clean your body and eliminate smoking from your life.
Drink some water from the glass and imagine how the water is releasing a bright energy that cleans your lungs and your entire body. After you did that, do some cardio exercises for about 5 minutes. Exercising is meant to recover your body and keeping it healthy, also, to fill your time with something else other than smoking. Every time you feel the need to smoke, take a sip of water from the glass and do some cardio again, or rather something else that you enjoy doing.
Oh, and another thing, if you still have cigarettes do not break them or throw them away. Just give them so somebody else and in that time imagine how your smoking needs are going together with the cigarettes. Do not worry the person who receives them won’t have any problems after that!
