Affirmations to help you stand strong, unwavering, even in the deepest of turmoil. Inspired by HBO's Game of Thrones

Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken.

House Martell's words are Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken.
You'll need to sit in a comfortable, quiet place. Alone from social norms. Alone from society. Spice it up by adding your favorite music to add to the mood, along with some candles, incense, or fragrance oil. Some oils and incense I'd recommend are Sandle Wood, Dragon's Blood, or Cinnamon. If you'd like to incorporate your own candle magic into this, some ideal colors are orange and yellow.
Once you've got everything set up, take some time to simply relax and be. Close your eyes. Let go of all your worries, woes, stress. None of that matters in this moment. Focus on you. Focus on working with yourself, for yourself. Don't force yourself on clearing your mind. I see a lot of people have difficulty with it. Just let it run in the background. Put it in the back of your mind, away from your main focus.
Once your calm and ready, go ahead and say the following affirmations:
"I am confident in who I am. I bow to no one."
"I am unbent to those who try to bend me."
"I will remain unbroken throughout my hardships."
"Unbowed, Unbent, Unbroken."
Say these as many times as you feel fit. Say them with pride, and say them with confidence.
