Energy is very powerful.

People can go off into a whole story about what energy is: but in simple words, energy is anything and everything, but never nothing. Energy is in everything and around everything, it's even inside us.

Until you know how to use it and understand it, then you wont get anywhere. Once you have gotten the basics of it down, then you can set off on your road to gain knowledge  and to experience what there is the universe can offer.
