this might not happen when you want it to. This could only work on full moon.

To get powers you need a sheet of paper and a pencil or pen.

You take your sheet of paper, and take your pencil or pen then you right down:"Dear God,I want powers,And I want my element to be_____."

Then you burn the paper and if its really windy outside you take the ashes of the paper and let them flow away, but if its not windy you can make it windy or flush the ashes down the toilet or you bury them.

NOTE: IF YOU FLUSH THE ASHES DOWN THE TOILET OR BURY THEM THEY DON'T GO TO SAITIN, TRUST ME MY MOM DID IT ONCE THEY DIDN'T GO TO SAITIN.

It wouldn't matter when you perform it, a spell isn't going to give you supernatural powers on request, that isn't how it works.
