Shadow Bath

This will make you closer to the shadows.

Go into a pitch black room with no light at all. Make sure you are undisturbed and sit cross legged. Close your eyes and Imagine yourself starting to blend in with the darkness. Imagine your face, arms, legs, and torso fading into the shadows. Do this until you feel as if you are invisible. You may then get up and do whatever with the LIGHTS STILL OFF. After you are satisfied, close your eyes and imagine you are becoming a whole person, emerging from the shadows. You may then turn on the lights.
