This is a rather pleasing ceromony, and many times you invite gods and goddesses to sit with you.

First, think of a god or goddess you want to invite. Send them a prayer, and talk with them. About whatever you want. For example, if I invited Aphrodite, I might talk about love. Next, cast any spells you want to. After that, visit your guardian angel and then your familiar and talk for a while. After you're done, meditate for about 15 minutes - 1 hour. Finally, talk to your god/goddess about your past, present and future. This ceremony ensure a safe, and refreshing day. Op: Tai Chi. Optional: Leaves the spiritual energy full!
