Using basic items around the home to cast this spell.

Things needed:

1 piece of plain blessed and charged parchment paper.

  • Writing pen.
  • Spell:

Write the persons first and last name on the parchment or use a picture of them.

Tear it into 4 equal pieces, starting on a waning moon phase. 1 day at a time, throw one of the  pieces down the toilet or into a  river. Watching as the parchment flows away:  : "As this item flows away, you(persons name) are gone from my sight today."
