It helps transfer unwanted memories into a host body. I've done this before and it works.

Take any random object and place your hands on it. Close your eyes and chant until you feel you are done. Transfer my memories unto thee For they are usless and block my thoughts Heed my cry and rid my soul of these unwamted memories.  When you feel you are done open your eyes and let go of the object. Keep in mind, this spell also takes part of your soul and places it in the object. If you are a psychic medium you will feel the parts of your soul. You still will have small fragments of the memory in you. Most of the unwanted memory will be gone.
