A couple simple, Magickal aids in dealing with allergies.

  • If you're having sinus or nasal inflammation, I have found that breathing sage smoke helps relieve these symptoms.
  • If you have a headache, the burning of sage might also help, though if not, try massaging your Third Eye chakra point with a piece of Amethyst.
