This is what I know.

What I have figured out:

When I manifest raw energy, it vibrates or buzzes in my hands.

Energy I manifest will follow my thoughts if I do not direct it in time or with enough intent.

It wears me out after I conjure it.

...

What I don't know:

I don't know how to conserve my energy with the same powerful effects.

I don't know how to protect myself after using energy like that or how to keep up any sheilds, protections, etc., that I have set up after that either.

...
