Levitation

This will need serious concentration.

Be in a very quiet and still room. Dim the lights. Lie flat on the floor. Close your eyes and think only of levitation. Think of rising and hovering a few inches above the floor. When you dont feel the ground open your eyes and look down. You will most likley fall unless you keep your concentration solid.
