Here's a spell I created to power a crystal. There's only one side effect that I've had, and it's that I feel unsafe with ought my crystal (I powered it for protection). Here it is:

ell casting: power a crystal for ???

Supplies: 1. Anything with a crystal on it (clear crystal is best)
2. A strong voice
3. Belief
4. A goal for the crystal (protection, luck, healing, etc)
5. (Optional) Candle(the color to signal the purpose for magic)

Visualize a mass of raw magic in your head, then think of a chunk of it coming out of the magic. Think of your crystal, and see it as empty and dull. Then visualize that small bit of magic surrounding your crystal.

Chant these words:

A part of my magic I give to this stone,
So that I may have the feeling of ____(your purpose).
Let it give me a sense of ____(again the purpose)

Visualize your magic going into the crystal, causing it to glow from your power. Then pick up your crystal and say:

This crystal now has the power of ____(your purpose).
