To make a sigil first start with a statement. Like " I am losing weight" make it something positive and definite. Then take out all repeating letters which in this case would be: i,i,g then you're left with : i am losng weht. Then remove all of your vowels which are: i a o and e. Then you are left with: m l s n w g h t. The make a symbol with all of the letters. Then after you've used all of them to make a sigil charge it with intent.
