Effect: Negative energies sent against the caster are returned to their sender amplified by a factor of three. Counter-Spell. Uncrossing.

Time of Performance: Any time but best performed in the evening.
Moon Phase: Any but best results come under the waning moon.
What you will need:

A candle
Some incense
A hand mirror
A paper or plastic bag

Light the candle and incense. Breathe deeply and quietly meditate before beginning the spell. Breathe deeply and slowly and allow yourself to enter a light trance state.

Now, rising slowly, take up the hand mirror and hold it away from your body so that the reflective surface is turned away from you. If you feel pulled towards a certain direction, turn and face that direction first, saying:

"What is sent unto me,
"I return unto thee!
"In accord with
"The Law of Three."

If you do not pick up on a particular direction to face, simply proceed as follows (this step should also be used by those who do feel drawn to a particular direction):

Slowly pivot to your left with the mirror out before you, saying:

"What is sent unto me,
"I return unto thee!
"In accord with
"The Law of Three."

Continue pivoting and repeating the spell for as long as you deem appropriate though I've found seven recitations of the spell to be most effective.

After you have finished singing the spell, turn to the west, presenting the mirror boldly to that quarter and repeat the chant one last time, adding at the end, "So mote it be!"

Without looking in the mirror, place it in the bag. The next day, any time after noon but before sunset, take the bag outside and open it. Take the mirror out, being careful not to look at it, and hold it up so that the reflective surface catches the sunlight for a few seconds.
