1 bottle revive, power c, or energy vitamin water. 1 crystal (not needed but helps greatly). Charge your energy into the liquid or crystal. If into crystal, drop into fluid once done and let energy pour into fluid. If not, then just drink it whenever. Add herb extracts to enhance if you wish.
