It is possible to literally connect to your element. Physically I mean. First think about your element. All that her/him is. (i refer to the elements as hers and hims cause of there spirits) My element is water (though I feel connected to all of them) therefore I would think about the lakes and oceans of the world. Think about water water is. Do the same for your element. Next think about your element flowing through your body. In your very muscles and tendons. Think about becoming one with him or her. I did this and it felt amazing. Like I was apart of something greater than myself. Something powerful. Thoughts if you have them. And please be nice.
