Hi, I hope someone could help me! i live in a subdivision that even has a curfew but the homeowners association as well as the barangay officials cannot stop the endless hours of karaoke singing, drinking in one of the houses in our neighborhood. They also use their house to fix tricycles and motorcycles everyday and the noise is driving us insane! imagine, only one house but the whole street suffers from the noise. they were scolded by the barangay officials many times already but to no avail. these noisemakers said that those people who complained about them should just go and stay in the cemetery where it is really quiet and those complainants should face them face to face. I did face them and told them that they are too much and I'm not the only one complaining. I also told them that they should not even live there and they should know how to respect homeowners since they are not one. they just laughed at me and continued making noise. they even bragged that no official can make them stop while using the karaoke mic! the nerve of these people! the real homeowner passed away years ago and they are just squatting! I tried all the spells that I know and have seen about noisy neighbors in this site but nothing seems to be working. I only wanted peace and quiet. The reason I bought a house here is to be far away from the city noise as possible. never thought I'd be experiencing the same thing... I hope someone could help me...
