I have done everything to keep dogs (including the ones on leashes) from urinating on my plants.
All mundane avenues have been taken without avail.
I have even spoken to the unleashed dogs asking them politely to stop.
I don't normally do majik to amend one's will; perhaps it does not apply to the animal kingdom?
There are numerous dogs.
