My best friend and I both have this feeling inside of us that we have these powers. We don't know how to bring them out nor do we know what they are. I can hold something of importance and "look back on its history". Like a ring for example. We both see spirits. I have trid meditation with a quarts on my third eye but it hasnt worked. I can feel it pulsing in my hand or on my head and then feel it through out my body. I am unsure of what this may mean. Is there anything else we could try?
