First off let me get this out of the way, I have already been told you have to have belief and there is no "cheesing" your way in magic. Now what I believe is no you dont need belief but it helps. And yes there is a way to cheese magic.

Now to the main question. Im looking to learn any and all magic. Wether it be something so un needed as resurrection of a fly or helpful as a fire spell. I wish to know it all. Of theres a way at all to do it easily and get results I want it. I dont care if it is painful. Any magic is appreciated. Mail me.
