Hi, i'm new here but i really do need to know if there is a healing spell that i could use to heal a loved one's sadness and to help their mental health. I just am very concerned for them and i just want them to feel better mentally. I want to bring them peace. Please someone help me with this. I also want to know which healing spell is best for this situation and if there are any healing spells i should avoid? Oh and if you have had any personal experience with using healing spells on another or on yourself, could you tell me how the spell made you feel? Or how it helped the other person? And also, please tell me what spell you used. Ok last thing, can someone suggest a spell that is gentle but works affectively?
