recap: I need to control psychic,mind,body spirit,soul and self control with psychic abilities,
please no spells with candles
please no spells with too many ingredients unless I can preform it without the ingredients such as using focus, energy, visualization
no kitchen magic unless it uses basic ingredients
and finally I would like spells using pentagrams/energy
by the way one last thing I need to survive and live daily life with spells... and I need to know as much spiritual and mental knowledge as I can... And to learn how to banish things in a powerful yet easy way...
