here's a toughness spell, you know that feeling when you are tough, just feel that feeling inside your whole spirit and body, be sure to be tough everyday and don't let anything negative effect you, if you feel this long enough, your body will become hard and your spirit will become hard and both will become tough as well, this isn't a fantasy spell, it doesn't change your genetics it just causes your muscles to flex and your spirit to become rock hard.
