Im a beginner at spell casting, ive tried with other sources but had no luck, but then decided to try again when i found this website. I started with a rain spell, trying to do something that wasnt too extreme. i set a bowl of water outside and sat with my hands over it chanting "water nymphs strike the clouds, so rain can fall freely to the ground"

when i started it was partially cloudy/sunny, the clouds were small and white. but after awhile i noticed the wind was blowing a large grey cloud towards me. i continued chanting, imagining the water energy flowing into my hands and the cloud coming over me pouring rain, for about 15-25 minutes. i did everything i could, different tones of voice, variations of the words. occasionally when i felt like i said the chant with feeling i felt gusts of wind, and when the giant grey cloud came over me i said the chant louder and the strongest winds blew around me. i continued chanting till the clouds passed and no rain happened.

this probably did not work because i am a beginner, but is it possible that the winds and the appearance of a grey cloud were signs that the spell was atleast slightly working? and is it possible that rain may come later in the day? any advice or experience with rain spells would be nice :)
