I am sure you all have heard or not heard of the PSI ball. So let me explain it.

The PSI ball is the concetration of your or the universes` energy. It will help you cast some of the spells here on the website.

Now to start of before hand, you will need to relax and focus on the goal on hand, "I want to make a PSI ball"

Rub your hand together to generate some heat and stimulate them. Put your hands at least 1 inch from each other and move them closer and farther apart.

Visualize a ball forming in your hands while you do this, and while you do this visualize a white light flowing out of your hands and into the ball.

Visualize it growing bigger as you pass it from one hand to another.

Keep doing this until you feel the pressure of the ball, you may keep making it bigger but it may not be as compressed.

Congrats you made a PSI ball. Now you may do anything with it when you are done. You may throw it, program it, or just recycle it back into earth.

The choice is yours
