I just started doing this to practice raising my energy level up, and it works! You need an Apache tear, or any other stone good with energy.

get a coin and heads will represent your third eye and tails the solar plexus. Flip the coin and do not look at what side it landed on, your psyche is going to tell you by putting energy in that spot. Just concentrate on raising your energy up through your feet and arms. As long as you focus the energy, you will feel it. I rubbed the Ap. tear in my hands and pictured energy coming up through my feet, and I felt it enter in my third eye chakra.
It's a good practice for kids and older newbies. :)
