Hey! So before I joined this site, I did look at a few others. On one site it told a technique for meditation. The technique is you picture a garbage can, and you imagine all your problems and worries and thoughts flowing into the trash can one by one, and when you are finished you slowly close the lid of the trash can and lock it.. Is this a good technique or not?
I figured I would ask on forums instead of chat because if it is a good technique then others can use it, and if its not then they can read this instead of also asking it. I hope I made sense, if I didn't I can try to re-explain.
