Right, so here is a easy method I use to interpretate my dreams.


Once I wake up I right down my dream I had, once I have done that I start to break down the dream into parts. I start to look for the main signs of the dreams( colours aswell) colours have a lot to do with dreams. So look for the signs. Once you have find out the signs you could look online to what they mean or you could have your own meaning for them. Once you have done that to end of the dream. Yoi should come up with what the dream ment and etc......
