Hey I'm kind of new to spell casting and everything. I was wanting to know if anyone has any tips for learning how to focus your mind. That's my main problem. A lot of these spells require you to picture yourself doing something but that's difficult for me. I was just wondering if anyone had any tips on how to discipline my mind better or to imagine myself doing what the spell requires. If anyone's willing to help I'd greatly appreciate it!
